Androgyne Side Table — Metal

The Androgyne Side Table is useful for everything from small restaurant spaces and bed sides to exhibition spaces. Making clever use of craftsmanship, the round tabletop overhangs the wide, flat legged base in a meeting of solid and soft lines. Both base and top are sold separately and are available in a variety of materials.

Androgyne was designed by Norwegian architect Danielle Siggerud. She established her studio in 2016 and today the practice works internationally, with projects stretching from London, New York, Stockholm to Paris. The scope of projects varies from private renovations, restorations and contemporary buildings to interior design, furniture making and smaller objects. Her work embodies a sharp vision of space and materials that can be recognized by her sensitive and contextual approach: embracing the essence of built forms, from the roughest construction to the smallest interior details. At the core of her work lies the strive for simplicity achieved by carefully balancing the fundamentals of architecture: space, proportion, light and materials.
